We accept all major credit cards directly through the website, we also accept PayPal which is a great method of payment if you wish to pay directly from your debit account. Sezzle is also available, break your payments into 4 equal payments spread out over 6 weeks.

ABSOLUTELY! No merchandise is stored at our pick-up location, so please place your orders 1-2 business days ahead of when you would like to pick it up. Orders are packed and sent to our pick up location Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Once an order is fulfilled and ready for pick-up, you will receive an email from us with the pick-up location (downtown Airdrie). Simply respond to that email with the day/time you would like to pop by.
We know how eager you are to receive your items! We ship out orders three days a week - Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
All shipped orders are sent out via Canada Post Expedited Parcel. Shipping from our warehouse in Airdrie, Alberta with tracking.
Once your order is fulfilled you will receive an email from us with your tracking number.

We know how excited you are to receive your items, and it sucks if you didn't get what you orders - please know if you received a wrong item we will make it right! Please contact us with your order number.
We fully inspect items prior to shipping, and ask that you take a look over them once you receive it too.
If you have found a flaw, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. If an item is deemed defective or damaged from the manufacturer we will 100% refund the return and the shipping.
If it has been longer than 3 days, if the item has been worn or if it has been laundered it is ineligible for a replacement or a refund.
We source out and handpick everything in our boutique and import most items from a variety of manufacturers mainly based in the USA.
Most items fit true to size, we include measurements of the items with the product listing - if you have additional questions, please reach out via email or on our Facebook page and we would be happy to help.
