Exchange and Return Policy

RETURN POLICY

Returns are accepted on full price items or items discounted less than 11%. Items discounted more than 11% or

items ending in $0.49 or $0.99 are considered a final sale.

Your unwanted items MUST have the tags attached, be unworn, unwashed and have no odors or pet hair.

Refunds are made to the original payment method.

Returns MUST be sent back to Bunky & Marie's Boutique within 14 days of receiving the original order. Returns will not be accepted outside that time frame. We can mail your item(s) back to you at your expense or donate them to a local Women's Shelter.

Footwear must be returned with the original box (if they came in a box) and packaged, do not stick the return label directly on the box. Footwear returned with the return shipping label on the box will not be accepted.

All earrings, undergarments and bathing suits are considered a final sale.

Please include a copy of your invoice when mailing your return so we know your order details.

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet our requirements. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Return costs are at the customer's expense. Creating a label through the link below, you are authorizing Bunky & Marie's Boutique to DEDUCT the cost of the return label from your refund.

Postal codes need to have a space between the first three and last three digits for your order to be found.

Refunds may take 3-5 business days to appear once returns are received and processed. When a return is made, any Bunky Bucks earned for that purchase will be deducted from the account.

EXCHANGES

Please email us at hello@bunkyandmaries.com to help you with your exchange. Exchanges must meet the same criteria as our return policy and sent back within 14 days or receiving your original order.

If you are local to the Edmonton area and want to exchange in-person at our warehouse, please email us to book a day and time.

We fully inspect items prior to shipping and ask that you take a look over them once you received it too.

If you find a flaw, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order. If an item is deemed defective or damaged from the manufacturer we will replace it (as long as it is still available) or give a full refund. After 5 days or if worn/laundered, items are ineligible for an exchange or refund.
