Refund policy
If you have decided to return your items - we'll happily refund your purchase (on full priced items) once we receive it back so long as it meets our conditions.
Your unwanted items MUST have the tags attached, be unworn, unwashed and have no odours or pet hair.
Refunds are made to the original payment method.
Returns MUST be received back to Bunky & Marie's Boutique within 14 days of receiving the original order. If you return your items outside that window they will not be accepted, we can either mail them back to you at your expense or donate it to a local Women's Shelter.
Shoes must be returned in their original box - do not stick the return label directly on the box. Any shoes returned with the return shipping label on the box will not be accepted.
All earrings are considered final sale.
We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet our requirements.
The postage to return an item to Bunky & Marie's is covered by the customer returning the merchandise.
