WHAT KIND OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
Online: We accept all major credit cards through the website as well as e-transfer. Electronic Money transfers must be received within 24 hours of placing an order, or the order will be cancelled.
Mobile Boutique: All major credit cards, cash and debit tap are accepted in our mobile boutique. Debit Tap is only available for transactions under $100.

Outside of these hours we are unable to accommodate try-ons ... which is why we have a great return policy! Keep the tags on, try it on at home with the shoes and accessories you already have.
CAN WE PICK UP TO SAVE ON SHIPPING?
ABSOLUTELY! No merchandise is stored at the pick-up location, so please place your orders 1-2 business days ahead of when you would like to pick it up. Once an order is fulfilled, you will receive an email from us with the pick-up location (downtown Airdrie). Simply respond to that email with the day/time you want to come by.
WHEN WILL IT SHIP?
We know how eager you are to receive your items - which is why we make every effort to have the orders shipped out/packed up within 1-2 business days.

All shipped orders are sent via Canada Post Expedited Parcel. Shipping from our warehouse in Airdrie, Alberta with tracking. Once your order is fullfilled you will receive an email from us with your tracking number.

WHAT IF I RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM?
We know how excited you are to receive your items, and it sucks if you didn't get what you ordered - please know if you received a wrong item we will make it right! Please contact us with your order number.
We fully inspect items prior to shipping and ask that you take a look over them once you received it too.
If you have found a flaw, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. If an item is deemed defective or damage from the manufacturer we will 100% refund the return and shipping.
It it has been longer than 3 days, if the item has been worn or if it has been laundered it is ineligible for a replacement or a refund.
WHERE DO YOU GET YOUR CLOTHING?
We bring in our clothing from a variety of manufacturers mainly based in the USA.
Most items fit true to size, we include measurements of the items with the product listing - if you have additional questions please reach out via email, our Facebook page or through Instagram and we would be happy to help.
