We are currently unable to accommodate try-ons which is why we have a great return policy! Keep the tags on, try it on at home and style with shoes and accessories you already have. You can find our return/exchange policy HERE
Online: We accept all major credit cards through the website as well as Shopify Pay, Sezzle and PayPal.
We know how eager you are to receive your new items, which is why we make every effort to have orders shipped out as quick as possible!
All orders are shipped via Expedited Parcel through Canada Post.
Current order processing time is 2 - 4 business days.
A flat rate of $10.00 for all orders under $80.00 - all orders $80.00 and over (before taxes) ship for FREE! All Canadian orders are shipped Expedited Parcel through Canada Post.
Once an order is placed, we will process, package and get it shipped as quickly as possible. After your order has left us you will receive an email with your tracking information.

The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this website pass to you the customer when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

We fully inspect items prior to shipping, but if we've missed something and you've found a flaw, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order.
Email us at hello@bunkyandmaries.com with your order number, description of the defect and pictures, if possible.
If an item is deemed defective or damaged from the manufacturer we will 100% refund the return and the shipping.
If it has been longer than 5 days your damaged item will be ineligible for a refund.
We source out and handpick each item from brands we love! We carry a variety of styles from popular Canadian and US labels.

Yes! We now offer local pickup and returns at our South Edmonton Warehouse.
When making an order, choose store pickup then your preferred pickup date and time frame. Once ordered, you will receive an order confirmation email. You will receive a second email with our pickup address once your order is processed.
Please ensure to pickup your order at the specified date and time chosen at checkout. We cannot guarantee warehouse hours outside these times.
