DO YOU OFFER LOCAL PICKUP?

Yes! Local pickup & returns are available at our South Edmonton Warehouse. At checkout, choose an available pickup date & time slot.
We do not guarantee warehouse hours outside these times. For pickup changes, please email us at hello@bunkyandmaries.com.

CAN I SHOP IN PERSON?

We are currently unable to accommodate in-person shopping.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Current order processing time is 2 - 4 business days.
Orders are shipped Expedited Parcel with Canada Post or through UPS.

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

Canada: Orders under $100.00 (before taxes) are subject to a non-refundable flat rate of $10.00.
US/International: Orders are subject to real-time rates as calculated by Canada Post.
Bunky & Marie's is not responsible for any customs/duties fees.
 

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept all major credit cards, Shopify Pay, Sezzle and PayPal.
 

WHAT IF I RECEIVE A DAMAGED ITEM?

We fully inspect items prior to shipping however if something was missed, please email us within 5 days of receiving your order at hello@bunkyandmaries.com.
Please include your order number and description of the defect including pictures, if possible.
If an item is deemed defective from the manufacturer, we will replace it (if still available) or a full refund will be given.
